1. Strategic Management
The purpose of the programme is to provide overall strategic leadership, management and administration to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the Legislature in achieving its vision and fulfilling its constitutional mandate.
Planning, performance monitoring and evaluation
The purpose of the sub programme is to provide planning, monitoring and evaluation service to the Legislature for improved institutional effectiveness in the achievement of the institutional obligations of the Legislature
Internal Audit and Risk Management
The purpose of this sub-programme is to provide internal audit and risk management services to support the core business of the Legislature.
2. Parliamentary Operations
The purpose of the programme is to provide professional, management and administrative support to the House and Committees in law-making, public participation and involvement, and oversight to ensure that the Legislature is able to fulfil its constitutional mandate.
Committees and NCOP Support Services
The purpose of this sub-programme is to provide professional, procedural and administrative support services to Parliamentary Committees and enhance liaison between the Legislature and the NCOP.
Legal Services and Governance Support
The purpose of the sub-programme is to provide governance support and effective, efficient and professional legal services in law-making, oversight and administration.
Proceedings and Hansard Services
The purpose of the sub-programme is to co-ordinate and facilitates the business of the House and render Hansard and language services to the Legislature
Public Participation and Petitions
The purpose of the sub programme is to create awareness among public on general matters of governance and educate them about the Legislature its role and the Legislative processes through our programmes, the petitions process thus promoting public participation
Research and knowledge management
The purpose of the sub - programme is to render quality research and policy analysis for the effective oversight of the Legislature.
3. Financial Governance
The purpose of the programme is to support the Legislature and its Committees through effective financial management, supply chain and audit functions to improve support to the core business to the Legislature.
Financial Management
The purpose of the sub-programme is to provide effective, efficient and economic financial service to the Legislature.
Supply Chain Management
The purpose of this sub-programme is to provide effective and efficient management of supply chain and assets to support the business of the Legislature.
4. Corporate Services
The purpose of the programme is to provide support to the Legislature in relation to Human Capital Management, Information and Communication Technology, Communications and Institutional Support to ensure institutional effectiveness and the achievement of the core business of the Legislature.
Human Capital Management
The purpose of the sub-programme is to provide support to the Legislature in relation to Human Capital Management services to ensure institutional effectiveness and the achievement of the core business of the Legislature.
Information Technology
The purpose of the sub-programme is to provide Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems and tools that support the business processes, Members and staff of the Legislature in the execution of the organisational mandate.
Communications
The purpose of the sub-programme is to profile the institution to internal and external stakeholders improving the public image of the Legislature.
Institutional Support
The purpose of the sub-programme is to render effective and efficient institutional support services to support the core business of the Legislature.
